Stworzone w 1995 roku, to Muzeum gromadzi około 400 eksponatów, które nie tylko reprezentują historię Kościoła w Concepción, ale także półwysep, związany z różnymi katedrami, jakie miasto posiadało, sztukę różnych epok, użycie łaciny, starodawne szaty liturgiczne oraz wizytę papieża Jana Pawła II w Concepción.
 


Między Katedrą w Concepción a biurem Parafii Bożego Tabernakulum znajduje się Muzeum Sztuki Religijnej Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Błogosławionej Koncepcji. Pokazuje ono świetną fotografie Jana Pawła II z tamtego czasu oraz biskupów z Concepción, a także gablotę wspomnień, które wiele osób pomogło stworzyć, oprócz prezentacji zestawu naczyń glinianych, które fabryka Lozapenco podarowała Jego Świątobliwości onej okazji.
