Santabrasa is ontstaan onder de visie van een familie met gastronomische smaak die in staat was om de categorie vlees naar de kolen te tillen, aangevuld met eenvoudige producten van de hoogste kwaliteit.
Met 11 gastronomische operaties gelegen in handels- en amusementscentra, is Santabrasa de grootste keten van Premium restaurants in het hele land. De oorsprong gaat terug tot het jaar 2003, toen ze openden wat we vandaag kennen als Casa Santabrasa, gelegen in de exclusieve sector van Alonso de Cordova.
Na het succes en de groeiende vraag naar dit soort producten, gezien de ervaring die aan de klanten werd geboden, werd in 2004 het tweede huis in Con Con, V Regio gebouwd, om vervolgens in 2006 plaats te maken voor zijn eerste optreden in retail met Mall Parque Arauco.
Sindsdien heeft Alimentos San Martin, de makers en exploitanten van het merk, zich ingespannen om het aantal locaties te verhogen onder een strategie die vooral de afbeelding en kwaliteit in hun huizen verzorgt, met vandaag de dag een aanwezigheid in Casino Monticello, Vina del Mar Casino, Coquimbo Casino, Alto Las Condes Mall, Costanera Center Mall, Plaza Egaña Mall, Mall Plaza Los Dominicos en binnenkort de luchthaven van Santiago.
