Directions to La Casa en el Aire
In 1993 La Casa en el Aire was born in an old mansion in the Bellavista neighborhood (Antonia López de Bello 0125). Exiled from Colombia, its owners wanted to pay tribute to the nation that hosted them, baptizing this meeting place with the same name as an emblematic folklore song from the coffee country.
They were invited to participate in Patio Bellavista with a small corner of song and poetry in the heart of the central square, becoming in a short time an essential referent within the offer of the gastronomic and cultural center. In addition to offering a wide range of drinks, liquors and snacks with products brought exclusively from Colombia, they set up a sort of artistic spell day after day, giving space to various musical expressions of the Latin American songbook through a first class cultural program that It includes storytelling, music, tango, cueca and boleros.
In 2012 the premises expanded, which implied a considerable increase in its capacity and also the arrival of a new menu-menu, with the inclusion of new dishes that contain a strong influence of Colombian food
