El Toldo Azul

El Todo Azul è la gelateria artigianale che Carolina Godoy ha aperto nel marzo 2015 nel cuore del quartiere El Golf.

Lo stesso che in seguito ha aggiunto un filiale a Tabancura e che ora ha appena aperto una terza sede nel quartiere Italia, all'angolo tra José Manuel Infante e Clemente Fabres.

Lì, mantiene lo stile che l'ha reso famosa, quello di una gelateria di quartiere, che si concentra su gusti stagionali e sulla qualità delle materie prime.

In effetti, il gelato viene preparato lì e il maestro gelatiere, Manolo, ha lavorato nella defunta gelateria Café del Ópera in via Merced.

Inoltre, come in una buona gelateria artigianale, da El Toldo Azul la varietà di gelati cambia ogni giorno. È possibile trovare opzioni come cherimoya felice, frutti di bosco, cioccolato bianco con delicatezza, caramello salato o Nutella, per esempio, e altri che puntano direttamente alla memoria emotiva, come la vaniglia.
