Il Brasserie del Parco Forestale si trova nel Castillo Forestal, costruito nel 1910 da Alvaro Casanova Zenteno, e inaugurato per il Centenario del Cile. Dal 2014, il Castillito del Parque ha ricevuto una nuova vita con il concetto di una Brasserie francese che utilizza ingredienti gastronomici ciliani e ricette francesi tipiche. Oggi il Castello è elencato come Patrimonio Nazionale.
La cucina del Castillo Forestal è caratterizzata da una grande varietà di ricette francesi classiche. A Castillo Forestal vogliono farti sentire come se fossi in una vera Brasserie Francese, che puoi assaggiare gli classici escargots o boeuf bourguignon o anche le 'crêpes suzettes' preparate e flambate à la minute!
