Il fiume San Pedro, vicino a Valdivia, offre una delle esperienze di rafting più complesse e complete in Cile, con rapide che partono dal grado 2 e presentano ostacoli più impegnativi nel range del grado 3 e 4, come La Sirenita, La Turn of the Clock e El Toro. È consigliabile avere un'esperienza estesa. Durante l'avventura puoi seguire le rotte dei vecchi coloni del Lago Riñihue, che scendevano il fiume su zattere trasportando pezzi di raulí, lingue e altre nobili essenze, oltre che goderti i bellissimi paesaggi vergini che circondano il San Pedro. È necessario essere fisicamente molto in forma perché il viaggio dura circa sei ore, iniziando all'uscita del Lago Riñihue e terminando a Malihue.
 
Il programma include una lezione su remare e sicurezza, nonché un pranzo a base di barbecue in riva al fiume. Questo fornisce una pausa gradita per recuperare le energie e commentare le esperienze della mattina.
