It has several versions per year -including one on the beach- and now it returns with its autumn edition, this Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 of May. Be careful, the entrance is free.
Here we tell you about some of the unmissable stands.
What to try at Mercado Mastica
The 'little ribs' of Curacaribs are one of the options that you will surely want to repeat. Starting by being smoked with oak, apple or peach firewood, which gives it a unique flavor and eye, are fallen trees, certified by Conaf. In addition, they are bathed in a homemade barbecue sauce, an addictive mixture of sweetness and itching.
In Mercado Mastica, the plate of 'costillitas' ($ 5,000) comes in half kilo portions and accompanied with coleslaw.
If you're a real sweet tooth, post on the Instagram account @ keanuribs.ceo, thing to get on stage on Sunday at 1 PM and eat all the ribs you can. There will be a special prize for the winner.
Another option is the 'arepas' of En tu Salsa, such as the 'queen pepiada' ($ 5,000), as the combination of shredded chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, cilantro, a touch of onion and paisa cheese is called.
If you are looking for some veggie option, go to El tio Paltón. In that food trucks there are some 'lentil burgers' ($ 5,000), homemade, which comes in crispy ciabatta bread, and with four ingredients of choice, such as avocado, red wine onions, sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes for example.
