Viu Manent es una bodega chilena propiedad de la familia Viu. Fue fundada en 1935 cuando el inmigrante catalán Miguel Viu-García y sus dos hijos Agustín y Miguel Viu-Manent fundaron Bodegas Viu en Santiago de Chile. Embotellaban y vendían vino en el mercado local bajo la marca 'Vinos Viu'.

Los vinos Viu Manent se elaboran con uvas de sus propias propiedades en el *Valle de Colchagua* en la Zona Central de Chile, a 130 km (80 mi) al sudeste de la capital, Santiago. Las 254 hectáreas de la bodega están divididas entre viñedos en San Carlos, La Capilla y El Olivar.

Situada a 140 kms al sur de Santiago, se encuentra entre los 34º 15' y 34º 50′ latitud sur y 72º 00' y 70º 15′ W. La parte más meridional del Valle de Rapel es una de las regiones vitivinícolas más conocidas de Chile y se ha ganado muchos aplausos por sus voluminosos Cabernet, Carmenere, Syrah y Malbec, y sus vinos aparecen regularmente en las listas de los principales vinos del mundo. La mayoría de las bodegas se concentran en el centro del valle, aunque las nuevas plantaciones suben a las laderas y exploran la frontera occidental hacia el mar.
