Piegari  se caracteriza por su cocina Italiana tradicional, utilizando recetas que han sido traspasadas de generacion tras generacion. Las pastas son fabricadas a la vista, y de forma completamente artesanal.
En concordancia con los nuevos tiempos, tambien se han incorporado alternativas de pastas mas innovadoras para paladares mas vanguardistas. El menu eincluye risottos, carnes, pescados y mariscos. Es un lugar soñado, ambientado al estilo de una plaza Italiana faroles, fuente de agua iluminada, escaños de fierro, entre otros, luz muy tenue y música bien ondera. Es el lugar donde esta funciona nuestra pizzeria de Piegari Pizzas. Aquí ocupamos tecnicas italianas Masa a la piedra y Horno Napolitano artesanal a la vista combinando los ingredientes que mas te gustan.
