La Brasserie del Parque Forestal se ubica en el Castillo Forestal, construido en 1910 por Alvaro Casanova Zenteno y fue inaugurado por el Centenario de Chile. Desde el 2014 se le dio una nueva vida al Castillito del Parque con el concepto de Brasserie Francesa utilizando ingredientes gastronomicos chilenos y recetas típicas francesas. Hoy en dia, el Castillo está catalogado como Patrimonio Nacional.
 La cocina del Castillo Forestal se caracteriza por tener una gran variedad de recetas clasicas francesas. En Castillo Forestal quieren que te sientas como en una verdadera Brasserie Française, que puedas degustar los clasicos escargots  o  boeuf bourguignon  o incluso las  crêpes suzettes  y flambeadas a la minuta!
