Das Restaurant Piegari zeichnet sich durch seine traditionelle italienische Küche aus, die Rezepte verwendet, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wurden. Die Pasta wird direkt vor den Augen und vollständig von Hand hergestellt.
Im Einklang mit den neuen Zeiten wurden auch innovativere Nudelalternativen für avantgardistischere Gaumen integriert. Die Speisekarte umfasst auch Risotto, Fleisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Es ist ein traumhafter Ort, gestaltet im Stil eines italienischen Platzes (Laternen, beleuchteter Springbrunnen, Eisenstühle, unter anderem), sehr gedämpftes Licht und sehr 'ondera' Musik. Es ist der Ort, an dem unsere Pizzeria Piegari Pizzas arbeitet. Hier beschäftigen wir uns mit italienischen Techniken (Steinteig und handwerklicher neapolitanischer Ofen in Sicht) und kombinieren die Zutaten, die Ihnen am besten gefallen. Im Einklang mit den neuen Zeiten wurden auch innovativere Nudelalternativen für avantgardistischere Gaumen integriert. Die Speisekarte umfasst auch Risotto, Fleisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte.
