Es ist ein Produktionszentrum, in dem sie ihre Teige für Pizzen, Focaccias und Pastas herstellen; Sie bereiten auch ihr eigenes Eis vor; Es verfügt auch über einen Markt mit eigenen Produkten und importierten Produkten aus Italien wie Käse und Wurstwaren; Es ist auch eine Weinbar, in der Sie die exklusiven Weine des prominenten Weinkritikers und Mitglieds der Familie, Stefano Gandolini, probieren können, wie zum Beispiel GANDOLINI Las3Marías aus der Viña Gandolini oder verschiedene Etiketten aus der Viña Ventolera.“ „Für die Pizzen ist das Teigrezept unser eigenes, hergestellt aus italienischem Getreide, mehr als 24 Stunden lang gegärt und kombiniert mit hausgemachten Produkten wie San Marzano-Tomatensauce und Gandolini-Olivenöl, das wir selbst produzieren; und einige Produkte aus unserem eigenen Garten wie Basilikum und Rucola.
