Die Brasserie del Parque Forestal befindet sich im Castillo Forestal, das 1910 von Alvaro Casanova Zenteno erbaut wurde und zum hundertjährigen Jubiläum Chiles eingeweiht wurde. Seit 2014 wurde dem Castillito del Parque mit dem Konzept einer französischen Brasserie mit chilenischen gastronomischen Zutaten und typisch französischen Rezepten neues Leben eingehaucht. Heute wird das Schloss als nationales Erbe geführt.
Die Küche des Castillo Forestal zeichnet sich durch eine große Vielfalt an klassischen französischen Rezepten aus. Im Castillo Forestal möchten sie, dass Sie sich wie in einer echten Brasserie Française fühlen, dass Sie die klassischen Schnecken oder Boeuf Bourguignon oder sogar die 'Crêpes Suzettes', die à la minute zubereitet und flambiert sind, kosten können!
