Das Heiligtum der Jungfrau Purísima de lo Vásquez ist ein chilenisches Heiligtum der katholischen Kirche, das sich in der Stadt Lo Vásquez, Gemeinde Casablanca, 32 Kilometer südöstlich von Valparaíso befindet.



An diesem Ort wird ein Bildnis verehrt, das an die unbefleckte Empfängnis der Jungfrau Maria erinnert, die jedes Jahr am 8. Dezember mit einem großen Fest gefeiert wird, bei dem Tausende von Menschen aus dem ganzen Land für 2 Tage anreisen, hauptsächlich aus Santiago und der Region Valparaíso.
