It all began with a trip by our chef, Nicolás Rosen, to Aztec lands, where he became fascinated with their gastronomy and culture, culminating in the creation of an iconic place in Santiago where the music, the atmosphere, the decoration brought directly from Mexico and each detail come together perfectly so that you have an unforgettable stay. Rosita's flavors are composed of the characteristics of Mexican cuisine. Get ready to enjoy a cool experience, created especially for you!
Rosita is led by Nicolas Rosen, executive chef and general manager, with more than 10 years of experience in the field, graduated in Paris, France, at the Le Ecole Gregoire Ferrandi school and later worked with Martin Berasategui (3 Michelin stars) for a period of one year, and then take charge of their own gastronomic businesses. We currently have a large team, fully committed to providing a total experience.
